IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SELFIE MATE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TianTu Corp ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") governing your use of the Selfie Mate mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you:

Confirm you are at least 18 years of age
Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations


2. Age Requirement and Parental Responsibility
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO USE THIS SERVICE.
The Service is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
If a minor accesses or uses the Service:

The minor and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) assume full responsibility
We disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from such unauthorized use
Parents or guardians who allow minors to access their devices are solely responsible for monitoring usage


3. License and Account
3.1 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Uploading content that violates our policies
Any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users


4. Acceptable Use and Content Policy
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the selfies and content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree that Your Content will:

Be your own genuine selfie or photograph you have rights to use
Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Not contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Not depict or involve minors in any way
Not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material
Not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

4.3 CRITICAL PROHIBITION - Unauthorized Use of Others' Images
YOU MUST ONLY UPLOAD YOUR OWN SELFIES OR IMAGES YOU HAVE EXPLICIT PERMISSION TO USE.
Uploading, editing, or sharing someone else's photograph without their express consent is:

A GROSS VIOLATION of these Terms
Potentially illegal (identity theft, harassment, defamation, privacy violations)
Subject to immediate account termination

YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE for any legal consequences, damages, or liabilities arising from uploading unauthorized images. We assume no responsibility for your misuse of others' images.
4.4 Content Monitoring
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:

Monitor, review, or remove any content at our sole discretion
Report illegal activity to law enforcement
Cooperate with legal investigations


5. Payments and Credits
5.1 Pricing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credit prices, packages, and features are subject to change at any time without notice.
Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
5.2 Payment Terms
By purchasing credits, you agree that:

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
We may change prices at any time
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
Unused credits may expire as specified in the app

5.3 Billing Through App Stores
Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Their respective terms and billing policies apply to all transactions.
5.4 Our Right to Charge
We reserve the absolute right to:

Charge fees for any features or services
Modify pricing structures at any time
Introduce new paid features
Discontinue free features


6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
a) Technical Abuse:

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Circumvent security features or access controls
Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or game the credit system

b) Content Abuse:

Upload content you don't have rights to use
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Spam or harass other users

c) Legal Violations:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights

VIOLATION OF THESE PROHIBITIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND LEGAL ACTION.

7. User Interactions and Meetings
7.1 No Responsibility for User Interactions
The Service may allow users to view and interact with other users' content. WE DO NOT:

Screen or vet users
Verify user identities
Monitor private interactions between users
Assume any responsibility for user conduct

7.2 Meeting in Person - YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
IF YOU CHOOSE TO MEET SOMEONE YOU ENCOUNTERED THROUGH THE SERVICE:
You acknowledge and agree that:

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with meeting in person
We have NO INVOLVEMENT in arranging, facilitating, or supervising meetings
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any harm, injury, loss, or damages resulting from in-person meetings
You should exercise extreme caution and use your own judgment
You should meet in public places and inform trusted individuals of your plans
YOU RELEASE US from all liability related to such meetings

7.3 Background Checks
We do NOT conduct criminal background checks or verify user information. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before meeting anyone.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and source code, is owned by TianTu Corp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Trademarks
"Selfie Mate" and all related logos are trademarks of TianTu Corp. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
8.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated using our AI editing features is provided "as-is." While you may use AI-edited images for personal purposes, we retain rights to the underlying AI technology and models.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 NO WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruptions or security breaches
User content or conduct
Third-party actions or content
Unauthorized access to your account
AI-generated content quality or accuracy

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $0.01, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
9.3 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (xAI, Google, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

10. Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS TianTu Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your uploading of unauthorized images or content
Any interactions or meetings with other users
Your illegal or fraudulent activities
Your negligence or willful misconduct


11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tiantucorp.com. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

Posting updated Terms in the app
Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion:

Your access to the Service will be terminated
Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Unused credits will be forfeited without refund

13.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the Service
Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users

TERMINATION DOES NOT RELIEVE YOU OF OBLIGATIONS INCURRED BEFORE TERMINATION.

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at tech@tiantucorp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
14.2 Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
14.3 Exceptions
We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TianTu Corp regarding the Service.
